Panning Up and Down

Panning Up and Down

Hello,

On the main galaxy map, I cannot pan the camera down by moving my cursor to the bottom of the screen. However, it pans up just fine when I move my cursor to the top of the screen. The only way I can pan down is with the down arrow.

I find the 'arrow keys' to be more/better responsive as well as holding down on the 'scroll wheel' then, simply, scrolling via the mouse.
Particularly on the larger galaxies.
