Export Battle to FOGII gone since v1.1.0?

Okay, this is a weird one. Version 1.1.0, was fine withe diplo beta. Tried a new game as well just to check what happened. Any of my land battle, the button doesnt show up...

I also noticed that FOGII was updated at about the same time. I must be doing something wrong?

Ok, back at the PC who had the issue, I know see the Export Battle button.
