Trade Details blinking overlay

I think I'm not the first requesting this but could that please go away?
It is super annoying when you need to check out who needs what and you can't see the province anymore because everything is blinking white.
Some kind of (non-blinking) coloured border would be nice.

So you activate the province overlay and you would like the pulse to stop?

Not the province overlay, the trade detail. That will whiteblink anything that is in trade range - which might be half the map. Then you cannot see anymore which province you have clicked on in first place.

This is an example of what I meant. Everything is just white. That is not very useful.

I agree. Often, when I get a diplomatic proposal from another state, I have to exit the diplomacy screen in order to see where the boundaries of the other faction are. And sometimes those of the nations they are at war with. Then I have to re-enter the diplomacy screen in order to give my response.

Ok, I have made a note about that, but this won't be changed for the diplomacy official patch which is imminent.
