Game can't work。My system :Win 10

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just zip the file then attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then not permitted to attach to the forum, where as a zip file is.

no meaning report, as error's in the report tool, nothing on the game mentioned, only game error was PC2 rest was O/S or apps / program errors, so not enough information regarding a opinion i'm sorry to say, never seen the report tool error out with none english in the form either, apart from a non english version of windows used etc

advice, install java as it's not a default part of windows 10,.

and run the game from a different place and as admin, install as admin and run as admin, if your the administrator it should work fine, with a Education version used, you may not be, and more than likely won't work without admin permissions

well,change my system to english,and this time he report tool should be ok.

again, nothing game related in there so nothing to go on or reason to say what is or could be a error on the given game mentioned, so would be guessing, advice given for guess is all the comes to mind, as nothing else can be guessed at, as nothing points to it being a game error other than a java message, so install the latest java version and re try, installing and running and updating as admin
