d3drm.dll is missing

Cannot start game.

Windows 7, acer (new hd, used to be vista that broke)

And continued with mss32.dll problems. Not happy if i install it, and nort happy if i dont.

See the downloads for Spartan - you can download the missing file there I think.

A common missing file error that can be solved by just installing the latest Microsoft Direct X or you can fix (link removed) by restoring the file from Recycle bin.
