One region challenge

Here's a One Region challenge. In this, you only have one region and do the best you can.

This is 100 turns in. The interesting thing is I have overall green decadence, i.e., I have accumulated negative decadence. Also, since a faction needs 10 regions to qualify for Tier III, I have plateaued at Glorious Tier II with 5 progress points.

Oooh. Now this looks fun. Reminds me of the One Planet challenge in Stellaris.
