How do you get the different skins? I see them in enric mods and saw some people with them in multiplayer.

IIRC the special skins are rewards for being part of the Early Access period before the release of BA2. So enjoy playing the guys who were around at the very start

T-34 1941 and Panther A have bonus skins that are essentially the reward skins. That's about it though.
