Help needed, games keep minimising

Help! All my games and sims keep minimising to the taskbar and I don't know what's causing it!
I start up any game or sim but after about a minute it minimises to the taskbar (below) leaving me with just the desktop showing.
I can usually maximise out by clicking the taskbar icon, but after another minute or so it minimises again and again, and it's a bit annoying.
The only clue I have is that Win 10 updated the other day, so I don't know if that's what's causing it. Any advice?
