Going from Civ II to III doubles the effect of this decision. This is nice but may also be undesirable because taking that decision propels you over your limits.
Could we please also have the previous decision to choose from?

It would also be nice to be able to see the current maximum in the tooltips of manpower and iron. Actually I haven't found a way to see these maxima unless you are over any of them.
