Buggy trade transaction renegotiations

@Pocus.

In the second beta AI faction proposes they give me x in exchange for y. If I try to renegotiate the deal the moment I click on that button the same offer gets 0% chance and remains that way also if I offer a bit more back in return then it was originally proposed.
