Build Detail Screen doesn't list the building being built...

That often the case when capturing a province, the build screen show what project you can initiate, not the project that has been initiated by your predecessor. Not sure it's a bug.

I've always assumed this is WAD. They are building something, you conquer it. Now you surely can decide to continue to build that or something else. And of course your options are different than theirs.
