I am lazy, i just put the same mix of figs 3 to a stand instead of 2... I have like 3 stances per stand.. One shooting one with a light lance and another with a sword raised. None are armored though. I don't use the armored ones because of the Bow*.

Apparently Roundway make a specific armoured szekeler cavalry figure. To my knowledge they are the only one.

I am using Essex post-mongol russians. They look eastern european and have chain, bow sword so match all of my requirements.
