Vanilla Campaign Army Size per Scenerio

In the vanilla campaign, how many permanent units can you have in each scenario for your army? So far I have the following numbers: Norway 18, low countries 22, France 24, Sealion (40) 26, Barbarossa 28, Kiev 18, Moscow (41) 29, Stalingrad 30, Kursk 31. Also, how many SE units can you earn by throughout the game?

Yep, version VIIIc was the last version I did. Apparently, nobody found anything new as far as items to add (heroes, etc.) or mistakes, so I haven't updated it since.
