Sea Lion DLC?
I just finished the second scenario on Sea Lion. It asks to clear out the shipping lanes within letter A and to obtain air superiority.
I destroyed all ships in Zone A and neutralized all airfields near B. The game ended on turn 25 and it was a Loss. I did notice some ships in port on the extreme western edge of the map and 1-2 planes still alive. Is that zone B???
A little confusing with the Zone borders.

It has been too long since I played that. So I do not remember. But you can take a look, I am sure I did explain it in the video.

Re: Sea Lion DLC?
Brac- you had the same problem that I had with the zones, it's not clear, is everything outside the corridor Zone B. At 6.00 minutes you are looking at the map and trying to figure it out. The game I played had a few planes parked at the northern part of the map and ships at the extreme western edge of the map. I eliminated all airfield flags as well and corridor A was empty of enemies.
Crazy
Brac-what recording software program do you use, very nice job. I hope we can get an answer on this one

I plan on starting a Sealion Campaign here in the next couple of weeks and will try to answer these questions when I get there.demyansk wrote: ↑Tue Dec 03, 2019 12:42 am Brac- you had the same problem that I had with the zones, it's not clear, is everything outside the corridor Zone B. Re: Sea Lion DLC?
The game designer commented the video back then:
"Zone A is roughly, the Channel (everything between its borders marked with an A); Zone B is roughly south-west England (its northernmost border is marked with a B) Air superiority in zone A and B means no British planes in those areas. And no Royal Navy in zone A. Any airfireld in zone B can be disabled through a direct attack of a level bomber; it will render this airfield useless to the RAF for the remainder of the scenario. Ships and planes outside zones A and B do not count towards the victory goals."
So I figure you had some enemy planes in zone B maybe? As far as I remember the airforce is not too strong and can be taken out rather easily. It s a great DLC by the way with some of the best designed maps in the game
And I am using OBS Studio.

Re: Sea Lion DLC?
Thanks Brac, I looked at my map after the loss and I had all this fulfilled. I will play against, save the turn and see what happens.
Thanks for the video, very well done,
How long does it take you to upload?

Re: Sea Lion DLC?
You do live streams but then you have on the forum. You must upload something? I tried an upload to YouTube and forget it

Re: Sea Lion DLC?
That is done by Youtube automatically. So after the live stream the video is available just like a regular video you upload. That is more convinient ans saves time, because I only have to stream.
