Does the publisher Field of glory epires intend to create a game about the 17th century in Europe.
At that time the armies were still diverse. Turkish Janissaries, Polish winged hussars, Russian strelts and boyar cavalry, horse archers from Crimea, Spanish Tercio, Swedish salvo brigade and Imperial cuirassier, croatian cavalry, Swedish reiters, dragoons, wagons,, artillery. There are no games from this period.
The mechanics of empires would do that.

You know there are already AGEOD games using their older engine, which would be right on point (English Civil War, 30 Years War). It makes me wonder if a conversion mechanism to P&S could possibly be made for those older games? I personally would be VERY interested in seeing that!

I don't know it already exists . I saw the game and it seems to be complicated. In any case, if it were issued up or an addition to the empires of this period, I would be willing. I love two periods in history. Helenistic epoch and the 17th century .
