Steam says only:

OS: Mac OS X 10.7+
GFX: DX11 (shader model 2.0)
2125 MB space available

pcgamebenchmark has a bit more detail on mimimum config:

Memory:4 GB
Graphics Card:NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / nForce 630i
CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
