The Dutch army had a kind of green uniforms. In the mod the icon you show is used as Dutch Marines to make the visual difference between Army and Navy. So it's already in the mod. Only as you can see the submachinegun is not there, they only have rifles. This is because de Dutch army did not use small machineguns. The Lewis M20 was the smallest machine gun in use.
But there is good news about the Dutch airforce. Wurschtmaxe is remaking the Dutch aircraft! The Fokker T.V is ready yet. Look how nice!

There are a few mainstream scenarios with hex actions - eg US Corps Sbiba includes demolishing bridges, there's one of the late war scenarios (I think in US COrps) where you destroying a dam converts hexes to swamp, and a US Corps scenario allows construction of an airfield by hex action. I haven't played Sealion for ages but I think there are a few bridge building other hex conversions in that.
