Submitting Post Problem

Whenever I make a post and send it from my kindle tablet, it comes up with a white screen about the submission failure and then I do a refresh and the post is there. Only does it on this forum.

Yes, this only started very recently, I have the same when submitting a post from a windows PC... don't think it is dependent on the device, maybe rather on some server or php settings/code?
