I was playing the Ledo Road scenario in Burma Road and was only on turn 18. I lost one construction unit and the game ended in defeat. (entire campaign defeat) I saw there was a bug previously identified not sure if this is a new one or I missed the update?

The scenario plays fine as long as NO construction groups are lost:
But when one construction group is destroyed, then the scenario is lost shortly thereafter. Here I took the first construction zone, the construction group spawned, and I left it to its fate which didn't take long:
And as you see, I lost a couple of turns later. This is the culprit:
This trigger is set to fire three times, and each time it increments the Scenario Variable, a counter mechanism, +1. It fires on every Turn Start which means it counts rapidly because there is no Alliance filter on this type of trigger; it counts everybody's turn starts. Most importantly, it's counting the same kill over and over again. When it gets to 3, it activates this trigger which fails both primary objectives; scenario over:

I tested it in the editor, merely placing three construction groups as bait:
One dead, and the secondary objective fails as it should:
Two dead, and I'm still in the running for the primary objective of keeping one alive:
The third one gets hammered:
and voilà:

I'd recommend to simply proceed by cheatcode when you run into this prob. The next patch will have a fix for this.

Ok. Thanks. Maybe I will go back to the steppes of Russia while awaiting the patch.
