Double stone buildings and missing builders Guild

Clay pits can be built in regions where quarries can. Building a Clay pit stops me from getting the quarry option. Also the builders guild seems to be missing, or have odd requirments.

Missing Builder Guild was already reported and is fixed for 1.06. Thanks though for your vigilance

From the list of structures, I see that Large Carry would not prevent the Clay Pit to be built (this is now fixed). But a carry and a clay pit should exclude one another.
