Hi All,

The updated version is coming along nicely, I've made the GUI prettier (at least to my eyes, I've not changed much, just made things a little easier to read) and am adding some additional requested functionality so hopefully not too much longer now and I will be able to release it.

Here is a screen shot, suggestions always welcome:

For the buttons, I admit having a preference for the elders rather than a NATO representation.

I can make it smaller, I am using 12 point font at the moment for most things, I am on a 4k screen, so still looks tiny to me.

Do you need it/want it to be smaller?

Excellent update for this already impressive piece of software!
But... I never liked the NATO counters, as I find them a bit confusing... Why not just use the small unit class icons that are used in-game? I think it will make the UI more PzCorps-ish looking...

Hi Guys,

How does this look? Let me know if you have any suggestions, but adding the additional unit image from bigunits means I needed to remove more word labels, hence the use of more icons. Still some beautification to go though!

With respect to the icons, I don't know if I am really allowed to use the ones from the game for the editor, so if I have overstepped the mark by all means let me know and I will take them out and replace them with something else. I didn't think it would be a problem, given the nature of the program, but I don't want to offend any of the developers etc.

Yes, it should be no problems to display both images at the same time. I will add it in to the next version for you.

Good to see you....i hope you fix things on your editor, its a great program Got one request for you....is it possable to have your editor read the more bigger epuipment files i have tried in the past to load equipment files like the AMULET 3.0 and it gives me errors everytime? Thanks!

I found the file and am downloading now. I'll have a look at what the problem is and include a fix with the next release.

For me personally, I find this view in the "Combat Staistics" better.

Unfortunately though, to fit into a 1024x768 screen (one user uses this resolution), whilst adding the second unit image means it just isn't possible, I don't have enough screen real estate to work with.

I should add though, to make things easier, I have added tooltips, so just hover over an icon and it will tell you what it is for.

This error is fixed in the upcoming release, the issue was that a "hash" character was missing from one of the lines in the database, it is written as "Reserved: sPionierwagen" in the database instead of "#Reserved: sPionierwagen", so I have added some additional error checking to look for this so that the Amulet database now loads fine in the upcoming version.

Just select the unit you want to edit, add the category, then save/commit the entry.

I've been trying to use the editor to insert some new bigunit-images. However, no changes I make to the units are ever saved, neither using "save changes to current unit" or "save changes to current equipment file". Is there anything I'm missing?
