Bug? with defeating AI after continuing when reaching scenario victory

On version 1.3.6.
When playing as the IG, I managed to reach a victory by getting through the story scenario's.
On the victory screen I selected to continue to play just one more turn (because I want to reach domination victory instead).
I noticed how the three other AI's were shown as defeated in the notifications, but because I selected to keep playing, they were not removed from the game.

Bug?:
When defeating the headquarters from a spacemarine AI, the remaining units stayed in the AI color.
I am accustomed to (and expected to) them becoming neutral units at this point, because they have only a single city.
Their taken outposts did become neutral. But all the fortresses of redemption remained and in the AI color.

same here in version 1.4.0., lets hope it will be fixed in the next update.
