Not able to send initial slitherine tournament turns

Able to respond to my opponent's first turn but then not able to send to game server. Did my initial deployment playing the other side and again not able to send to server as of local time ~4:30 PM DST in the Central TIme zone of the U.S. Please advise.

I'm encountering the same problem @ 2100 hrs GMT.

Retried @2300 hrs GMT after quitting game, quitting Steam, re-starting Steam, re-starting game. Problem persists.

Also not able to submit turn at 23.55 GMT 23/10/2019.
Getting check internet connection message but all is working.

Success! I was able to complete my Arab selection and first turn at 0130 hrs GMT 24-Oct-2019

Yes, the server started working for me last night.
