deactivate shrines part 3

Thanks again for getting back to me but, I dont think you are understanding my problem. The Shrines WILL NOT UNLOCK. I understand I need to visit Krells tower after I have reached all 4 shrines but, visiting the tower after I reached all 4 shrines says I am close keep trying. I have sent EVERY CHARACTER in my army to each shrine hoping/thinking that maybe only 1 character had this ability (yes I have wasted HOURS) to unlock the shrines. I did receive a gift or two and unleashed a beast or two as well but, NO UNLOCKING SHRINE. All 4 Shrines still say "unexplored". THIS IS MY PROBLEM. Thanks again, Jason

Shrine ? If you click on the symbol next to the task, it shows you 4 ruins, if you occupy them, you unlock beast(s) . These you kill and than after all 4 are done, you send 1 char to Krell's tower , go thru the clickfest and done....
I just repeated an old savegame: The ruins don't show "unexplored" anymore after done, provided you applied the last patch...so maybe you didn't update your game ?

Reading the patchnotes here

you would have found this:

• Bugfix - Certain story locations were permanently displayed as "unexplored" and will now properly display.

but than again: Before the patch I could finish it following the description above even with "unexplored" still on. So i really don't know where your problem is...
