Where can you select the option for a quick game?

In response to a thread I started on how to deal with with the administrative burden, in which I noted that the option to play without the administrative burden had been removed, It was written that the option was still there, under a different name, now called a "Quick game".

When I looked for the Quick game option in the options display, it was not there. Two other people also looked for it, and could nto find it.

There was an option entitled quick victory, but selecting this had no effect on the administrative burden, which remained.

Where is the option to select "Quick Game" located?

In v1.0.4, 'Quick Victory' was added (which you found in Options), which allows for the legacy leader to win with only a 2:1 lead. This option is not equivalent to the former 'No Administrative Burden' option, which was removed. Administrative burden can still be disabled by setting the difficulty to Easy.
