Multiplayer game weirdness

I had two multiplayer games going on...one was my turn, one was the opponents turn.

The one that was my turn is now my opponent's turn without me playing a turn, and the one that was the opponent's turn (which was in the early stages) is now over. When I click on the completed game to see the results, I get a message that I was "removed from the game". What is going on?

Was it "Player was removed from the game"?

I am not sure in what circumstances the engine issues that message, so I will ask Pip.

I presume it wasn't a Rise and Fall tournament game?

There was a server outage yesterday around this time. Could you please send details of the games to support and they can try and recover them to their pre-outage states.
