Unable to PM

I am unable to send or receive PM's as "You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available."

I can't find this message that is on hold and I have emptied or created space in all the folders. I can't find anywhere where I get the option to "release an on-hold message". What do I do?

That means you have to delete private messages from your forum inbox.

I only had one, and I moved that out, but I still got this:

Have you clicked in "Release" all on-hold messages..."?
