Don't remember if this has been posted before.
Not all US land commanders are Marines.
'Robert Lewis' is really US Army Pfc. Edward J. Foley of the 143rd Infantry Regiment of the 36th Div.
US commander

Re: US commander
Also, fix his eyes, please. As you see here, he looks weird in smaller dimensions:
Generally (pun and hint), U.S. Army commanders in this game need a major upgrade, as has been mentioned before.

Yes, I posted this photo earlier (or maybe I was going to post and forgot about it
)
This photo was taken during Dragoon operation, French riviera (St.Tropez if I remember correctly), August 1944

Actually, Erik, are you thinking of this fellow, with the "USMC" on his shirt? I don't see any any such obvious designation on the uniform of Pfc. "Wild-eyes" in his avatar that tags him as a Marine. The other guys, some of them do have jungle camouflaged helmets. The real trouble here is that with one exception (a one-star), none of them are generals; they all look like non-coms at best.

Yes, but what Erik said was "Not all US land commanders are Marines. 'Robert Lewis' is really US Army . . ." and I found myself questioning why he apparently uses Lewis as an example. There's nothing about Lewis' avatar in the game that indicates Marines, is there?
But good thread, anyway. U.S. Army commanders need an upgrade in this game. The ones that we have are all holdovers from U.S. Pacific and U.S Marines DLC. I am sure that the answer would be "You will have to wait for a new DLC that features playing as the U.S. in Europe or North Africa."

Re: US commander
Someone posted some time ago that there were no regular infantry commanders available (at least I think...).
I came across the pic while looking for something to use in a Dragoon scenario.
