Crashes when starting a new game version 2

Admin requested I repost this after reading the preferred way. Something I should have done and didn't think about, sorry.

I just bought this, starts to the main menu fine, I click new campaign and my settings, it starts loading, then crashes to the desktop. I briefly get a black screen showing the attached picture, then a generic Windows error message. My drivers are up to date, all files validated successfully. Trying to use version 1.2.77 (7571) as that's what Steam installs. There are two log files, one is from the requested folder, the other is from the crash folder and are labeled which is which. I also MORE than meet all system requirements.

So far, the only reply I've gotten from official support is to make sure the intro video plays in a normal player... It does.

See if the UI Scaling Option is all the way to the right.
