Interception question

Do interceptors count as stationary for the purpose of claiming support shooting? Do intercepting Pike or Spear count as non - charging? They are merely moving into the path of the charge and not hitting the charging unit in the flank.

interceptors are charging so they don't get the benefits of not charging.
