[SUGGESTIONS] User Experience Improvements

So I've played ~100 turns now as Pontus. So not a long time player, but here are some improvements I would like to see

1) Save games - can the default name please be changed to [Country Name] + [Turn number]? Or at least make the default the name of the save that you loaded from? I've got 5 or 6 "New Save"s in my directory...

2) strike this - I see it does work. i was confused by not seeing a movement arrow

3) Split Armies + Fleets - add a button to automatically detach all ships, OR detach all land units. I one escorted an army with 25 warships, and it was tedious to have to detach all the hips once they arrived at their destination

4) Turn times - is it possible to move "AI Processing" to run in the background while the player is making his move? The AI calculations may only take a minute, but it is a minute out of every turn, and this is a multi-hundred turn game which is already very long. This is, in fact, probably the #1 enjoyment killer.
