Customising Start of Turn notification settings

Dear Tribal Leaders, Kings, Consuls, Emporers and various subversive elements, please can you impart your great wisdom on your preferred methods to customise information icons generated at the start of each year (turn)? I believe the first update has modified mine to only include mission-critical notices, is there a way to to expand on this? Gratitude.

Edit (your installation directory)\Field of Glory - Empires\Data\Messages.csv
Events you want to see should have 2;1; in the line, those you don't want should have 2;0;
