Playing Rhodus.

The northern islands. They will never benefit from bonuses because they are surrounded by seas, correct?

The two sections of Crete can only 'bonus' each other, but will never benefit from bonuses otherwise because they are surrounded by seas, correct?

Correct. Well, they can get bonuses if they produce the goods themselves. (I learned this the hard way on my first game - I think I had in mind that they got bonuses from regions in the same province, which is wrong)
