exe. file moved after update

I have no idea why this happened and I am not very technically inclined so help me if you can. I updated the game today to 1.03 and it was playing great, then a few hours later I went back to it, and after bringing up the shortcut I pressed play game, and it said that the exe. file was moved. It did not say where it was moved to. I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, but there is still no exe. file.

also I should have said that while trying to reinstall it gives me an error message that reads decompression error #2026.

It sounds as if your Antivirus has quarantined or otherwise blocked the file.
