Sluggish Mouse

This is also the case with FoGII. Mouse lags and that is not fun...I have minimised all that I can in the options menu but nothing.
Updated drivers etc...but nothing. This occurs only for these two games. So I requested a refund from steam. If someone though, guides me and helps me fix the problem with FoGII (which I like) I will probably get Empires again.

i5-4460 3.20Hz
8GB RAM
Win 7

Pretty good PC to run the game smoothly..

The video card is a little low for running Empires, certainly depending on the resolution you are using. Disabling shadows is likely to be biggest performance boost.
