Armenian cataphracts incoherent features

There is a provincial unit for Armenia, a cataphract that at the same time has a good trait for mountain/hill and, on the other side, the clumsy trait that make the unit to lose power in mountain regions. All armenia is full of mountain regions, so this provincial unit should be reworked, maybe removing the clumsy trait and at the same time, debuff it making it less heavy.

It seems logical to me as cataphracts are clumsy unit in mountainous/hilly terrain they should be clumsy but as they are raised from mountain people they are familiar with that terrain so gain a bonus in it compared to other cataphracts.
But still being cataphracts they are clumsy compared to other lighter units.

If you debuf the Armenian cataphracts they will end up being worse than normal cataphracts in all other terrain.
