My point is this.
My troops have always fought valiantly
Despite smashing the enemy each scenario and gaining most if not all of the objectives and supply areas, in the majority of campaigns, each new turn, there is the enemy facing me all with full capacity of 10/11/12.
Why should my troops sometimes face command point shortage and supply shortage, despite winning the previous scenario and smashing the enemy but, at times not have the full amount of command points or supply to enable my troops to enter the battlefield at 10/11/12 capacity? In very few scenarios you face a weakened enemy and if you do, it will only be one or two units.
This is not a criticism, but if, in most defensive scenarios where we are the player, there are supply and command point restirctions. The enemy always seems to be fully prepared and armed in the reverse situation.
This is not realistic in my opinion and makes each scenario a slog as you have to wait to resupply and arm up to be able to progress.
I appreciate that some campaigns/scenarios have historical restrictions, but why do they not apply to the enemy as well?
