Can't Build Hvy Inf??

Last turn, I built a heavy infantry unit in my capital.

This turn, the previous turn's build popped up. But now, when I go to build another, I get 'building required." Yet I have the Training Ground. Any idea what happened?

It looks like the reason is actually you have insufficient money to afford the purchase cost....Cost appears to be 75 gold but you only have 70 in your Treasury.

That's what I figured afterwards. But then, is this some little glitch? Shouldn't it say, "Can't afford" or whatever?
