Country and Ethnic Specific Structures

How do you know what country has access to which Country and Ethnic Specific Structures?

Also cant wait for the guide to be updated, looking though the csv isn't easy

Also if any one has any idea how to make Thesauros. Its a better version of the temple that gets culture from gold and silver for HEL group. I have access to other hel group buildings but it isn't listed in the building possibilities. From the game files there doesn't seem to be any requirements for it that are different from the temple

It's a tier II building that need the Cult Site or Thymela. Do you have 3 culture buildings also?

Never mind i though a different building was a HEL building, leading me to think the country was in the HEL group. Having Thesauros be listed as an upgrade for Cult Site when you can't actually upgrade to it didn't help the confusion

Only just now noticed it says the nation type in nation context window when selecting. Would it not make more sense for it to be a modifier?
