Infrastructure ??

1. When I go to build something, it shows an 'Infrastructure Cost: 50' for example. What is that cost? Money to build? Some other sort of infrastructure amount? If so, from where?

2. When I go to build 'Celtic Craftsman' for example, it shows a change of: Infrastructure +4. Is that 4 additional building slots? Or some sort of infrastructure amount that I have yet to discover about?

Ah, am getting there. So each region creates 'infrastructure points.' This goes into my provincial total.

So, for example, if I had a stockpile of 63 points, and my Celtic Craftsplace requires 50, it would be built in one turn? But if I had less, it has to build up to the amount needed so that's why sometimes it takes 3 turns to build or such, yes?

Exactly correct.

You can obviously move your pops into infrastructure if you want things built faster provided you can spare them from the other categories.
