Un-Modded OoB Vehicle Models

Does anyone have a way to access the un-modded OoB unit models? I need them to create new Chinese coloured units, since the Chinese have no access to any transports, or a few other vehicles. On that note, to the people who create new unit models, how do you do so, and what program do you use?
