7.1.8 multiplayer scenarios 'not installed'

There are several mp-challenges where I'm 100% sure I have (my custom) scenarios installed.
Still these multiplayer challenges are marked red on the server.
At least one other player has reported to me the same issues.
I can't recall having this issue in 7.1.6.
