Editing Scenarios from the Campaign Editor

Post by conboy »

I have several Scenarios about 90% completed for a campaign. If I pull them into the Campaign, can they be edited from there, or do they have to be complete? In other words, can one edit a scenario from inside the Campaign Editor? or does it have to be 100% when pulled in?

Scenarios must be in the scenarios folder to be edited in the Scenario Editor. When finished, they are copied/moved to the scenarios folder within the campaign folder. The Campaign Editor only works on the structure of the campaign, not the scenarios it contains.

A short-cut to open the scenario editor from the campaign editor would be nice, though. Similar to running the scenario from the editor.
Then save the scenario, move back to the campaign, reload the scenario and carry on testing
But I guess the devs are busy with more important Ruskie matters :D

Indeed. The actual system is not awful, but it can be a little annoying (your are testing your campaing and have to edit a scn so have to go back to Edit Scenario and load not the campaign scenario but the solo version, but then you have to remember to replace the campaing scen with the edited solo scen...).
