Is it hidden fixing ?

first, i did recheck lastest patch 7.1.6 changelog but couldn't see this
- they really upgrade SS to match Wehrmacht, they're now receiving equal advantage of specialisations. Months ago when i played german trilogy campaigns, SS just receive their own spec.
- now i start panzerkrieg with 16 GCP of SS (ofc i dont have SS II spec) ?? I played this campaign many times before and can make sure its not that much.
- Ok, i may be wrong about this but do devs really up all heavy artilleries GCP from 3 to 4 ?

This was a bug and is hopefully fixed with the v7.1.8 update.
