In the first scenario (Beiping-Tianjin) of the Morning Sun campaign the Tianjin city name does not display. All other cities show the proper names.

Hi,
do you refer to the part shown in the pic attached here?
In this case it would be normal - if a city is labeled, but has a (visible) unit on top both the label and the unit's strength plate would interfere, so only unit strength info is displayed.
Cities in FOW show no units, so display the name when labeled. The name is always shown in the GUI part when the city is marked, though admittedly a bit smallish.

I was talking about the labels in blue:

It's not hidden. I zoomed way in close and it's not there. No big deal it just looks out of place considering all the other cities have a label on the map itself. Just figured I'd mention it. It doesn't harm the game any so it's minor at best.

Ahh, so it should be in that spot. It disappears when a unit occupies the space? It's definitely not underneath the unit in the pics above you'd still be able to see some of the blue.

I'd still vote for a general change. It's (repeatedly) frustrating to have a city/location named in the briefing without the possibility to find/see it on the map.
On top of that, the UI is tiny in higher resolutions and I need a magnifying glass to be able to read the names on my screen. And in either case I have to wait for the briefing to end to access the UI...

It did take me a while to figure out where the briefing was talking about. Basically the "Foreign Concessions" label was the major clue.GabeKnight wrote: Sun Jun 02, 2019 7:24 pm I'd still vote for a general change.
