Freeze in game and on save

Hi there,
For a while now the game has been freezing mid-turn.
I reinstalled the core and DLC's and that fixed it for a while and then it started again. After a few days now it won't load at all!

Make sure that a 3rd party program, like an anti-virus for example, isnn't interfering with the game.

I have exactly same issues, huge freezing and lag durint party ... in windowed mode or full screen.

Everything is in low and I have good config, do you know what is the problem ?
