Even with patch 7.1.6 you cant get the E-100 tank.
Now you can click in the specialization, but the tank is not available.

Reason: availability date set to 1/7/1945, beyond Endsieg's last scenario date on 1/5/1945.

Not fixed in 7.1.8!

That's quite disappointing I must add. See my post above how to fix that.
Strangely, only the Maus availability got changed to 20/1/1945.
