Wrong Icons and Descriptions for Enemy?

I've just installed and started playing in the last couple of days, so I may just be confused......

Why do the enemy ships and airplanes have the same name as the US?

I've attached a screenshot showing what happens when I select an enemy and how it appears. Is this correct?

PS. I thought this was a bug so I uninstalled slitherine version and installed steam. same thing.

wait..is it because it's basic training? (but it's ok to sink 'em :)
