I have a problem. I changed my mail in User Control Panel on forum. But I don't receive notifications. They still come only to old mail. I wrote to tech support, but no one answers.
Help me please!

support is the only place who have access, try and do it again, and make sure it doesn't go into your spam folder, good luck

Did you send to support@slitherine.co.uk? They will generally respond within 24 hours. Is it possible that your email provider could be filtering responses before it gets to your spam folder?

I don't think that is a valid email. Try co.uk and you should get better results.

We respond on a 24 hours basis. Everytime support receives an email, it will automatically reply notifying the sender that his email was received by our helpdesk system. If you haven't received back our email then it means we haven't received it. Try contacting us from another email address, like Gmail for example.
