I played thru Blitzkrieg and want to use my force going forward

{I asked this question a couple of months ago and the answer was "save the . . . army"
I can find no way to do this. I know that I am dysfunctional in these system, but I don't see any option like that. I had a good "trained core that would be good to take forward into Panzerkrieg, but can't find how to do it. Love your help!
